Return Policy

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 

If you are unhappy with the product that you have received for any reason you can send it back to us within 30 working days from the date of receiving the order , you can simply return the product to us. We will replace the product.We really want you to love what you get and not be “stuck” with it

 

However, please make sure that the piece is returned to us in the condition you received it in. We will appreciate that you don’t send it to us if you wash it or use it a couple of times. Cause we won’t be able to refund you. Product should be sent back along with original box, Tags and invoice 

 

If the goods are returned because of any product damage or wrong product was shipped, we’ll require you to courier the product to us ; on receipt we’ll replace the product and will bear the cost of return shipment by crediting your account with Reward Points. 


For goods bought on discount, the refund will be through celloshopie Gift or discount Coupons or with similar offer for different product.

Replacement will be done if we found that the claim of the customer is correct. If we are not able to replace the product we will give the credit points for the same. We will refund only in terms of credit points.

 

The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refund process will take less than

when

a.  Once Product is Delivered customer should Return the Product with in 24 hours

b. 24-hour refund policy for returned products purchased via Cash on Delivery (CoD). The refunds will be made via Bank account transfer.

c. We want to provide refunds as soon as the product reaches the CELLOSHOPIE hub.
